As we continue to grow our business, we are seeking IT Sales Representatives, with experience selling; computer hardware, software and IT services to both new and existing customers. We will look for this individual to build strong, long term relationships that are a reflection of the high-quality solutions and top-level service for which we have become known for.
The IT Sales Representatives play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious goals and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making daily calls and emails to new and existing customers, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Duties and responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- eam with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven IT and technology related sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with ERP and CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong active listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree, college diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid G drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred), Customer Service Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred)

- Entry to intermediate Customer Service Representative and Help Desk Support Agent with above average customer service skills
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills. French would be considered a bonus
- Familiar with help desk ticketing systems
- Experienced in online customer service messaging
- Ability to work well as part of a team and or independently
- Familiarity with latest Microsoft operating system e.g Windows 11
- Able to support desktops / laptops / mobile devices / printers

Your Responsibilities:
- Working with our team and account managers to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

As we continue to grow our business, we are seeking Laptop Repair Technicians with experience in performing; diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and assembly work on a variety of laptops.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all laptop hardware, firmware and components to ensure optimal performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Working knowledge of laptop assembly
- Capable of performing laptop tests
- Perform measurements utilizing measuring instruments as they relate to the rebuilding of laptops.
- Keen ability to strictly follow laptop assembly procedures and requirements
- Identify and validate a large number of checkpoints during the assembly process
- Basic mathematical capabilities with an understanding of tolerances and sizes
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: college diploma in electronics or related professional accreditation
- Experience: 3-5 years related electronic experience
- Skills: must have considerable mechanical and laptop assembly aptitude, as well as strong attention to detail and quality in craftsmanship
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS and Android OS
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job description:
- This position is responsible for all aspects of the Microcad warehouse including; day-to-day shipping, receiving, inventory management, load quality and planning, dispatch and dock times and shipping commitments to customers. In addition, this position will mentor warehouse staff, ensure health and safety for direct reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and in preparing items for shipment.
- Oversee shipping, receiving and material handling activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments.
- Manage warehouse inventory and implement control measures.
- Manage physical inventory counts.
- Daily inventory control and reporting.
- Calculate estimated costs associated with shipping & receiving functions and recommends appropriate alternatives.
- Maintain various files and records, both computerized and hard copy files.
- Direct movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage/work areas.
- Coordinate with Tech Center Managers, Production/Tech Center Supervisors and other production personnel in order to attain delivery, cost and quality of service objectives.
- Work effectively with customers to schedule deliveries and the pick-up of returned merchandise.
- Review shipping notices, invoices, orders and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods.
- Supervise, train, schedule and guide warehouse personnel. Respond proactively to performance concerns, discipline and employee complaints.
- Complete additional job duties and assignments up to 15% of the time.
Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production industry is required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- BA/BS degree, college diploma or equivalent experience.

Great attention must be given to; work orders, quality of products, product details, SKU numbers and UPC’s.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detailing and cleaning of products following a specific set of instructions.
- Stack and pile finished goods to make ready for packaging and shipping departments.
- Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams on order fulfilment.
- Test products as needed.
- Inventory and stock level counts.
- Perform related duties as assigned.

- The administrative assistant performs critical administrative work and provides direct support to customers and sales team. This role is assisting with administrative tasks related to orders, shipments, invoices, payments and a variety of activities to support the warehouse operation. The role also includes activities such as maintaining all physical documents and records of sales and receiving cash or credit card payments.
Duties and responsibilities
- Answering a combination of phone calls, emails, and online chat messages to provide support to customers
- Processing sales orders and invoices
- Processing and receiving payments
- Staying up-to-date with available merchandise that the company will offer to customers
- Working close with technicians to make sure the sales team is able to fulfill pending and approved orders
